Should an H wallet come with a dust bag?

I just realized my new from the store kelly wallet came with a felt protector but not a dust bag. Should it have come with a dust bag? I can ask for one if so (it was a gift so I wasn’t there for the purchase). Thanks!

None of my wallets came with dust bag. However when I send one to spa it was returned in one.

I have multiple gator bearns, all purchased at the store, none of them came in a dust bag. Maybe this differs by country or store?? I only own gator bearns and I think I’m up to 18...
