Shoud I keep this Tiffany's necklace or exchange it?

Today I got the Return To Tiffany's heart tag pendant in sterling silver in the medium size. When I got it home and was wearing it, it looks so small, I have it on a 24'' pendant chain that was my grandmothers and I just don't know if really, should I get the large/extra large size or just exchange it for something different entirely? I was kind of thinking of getting the silver horse shoe charm instead...

I'd exchange it for something you love. Try on the large and extra large with your grandmother 's chain and see if that works better.

I'd exchange it too, if you don't totally love it you won't wear it often. You could take the chain in store and try out different pendants with it to see what you like the most
