Travel Shopping in Venice!

My husband, our son, and I are heading to Venice in about a month! So excited! I’m hoping for some suggestions about food, things to do, and shopping.

SHOPPING: I am in the market for a small wallet! I’d love to get something Italian to remind me of the trip, but all I’ve come up with is Prada, and they’re stuff is not really my style.
Any suggestions?!

FOOD/ACTIVITIES: Our son will only be 18 months old.

Are you looking for a high end designer like Prada, Louis Vuitton and Gucci or are looking for more of a local shop.

I love the small purse stores in Venice.. the shop keepers are very knowledgeable about the different leathers and makers of the no name goods

Venice is another one of my fave cities. It’s been a fair few years since I’ve been so couldn’t recommend anything specific. But the majority of restaurants around St Marks square cost a small fortune! Good people watching though!

Make sure you have a few euro coins on you as you have to pay to use the toilets.

We just walked around getting a little lost most days which was amazing!

Something super touristy but I would still recommend doing it - tea in Caffe Florian. The interiors are gorgeous!
