Curious if anyone has purchased Gucci or any premier designer from this airport or another airport in the Netherlands?

What’s the VAT savings you can expect to get in an airport itself? I know this is different from processing the VAT refund later.

I will be there for a few hours on a layover this week and am thinking of purchasing!

Yeah I have bought last month a Gucci bag from there, and it was really a great experience for me to buy anything from there. You can easily buy whatever you want from there.

As I was coming from Norway, last trip, buying stuff at Schiphol seemed cheap.
But allow enough time--easy to get caught up, misjudge gate distance, be late for flight.
Plus, every freaking time I go through Schiphol, they tag me for body/luggage search. Guess my aura screams, "Drug mule!"

I haven’t bought from Gucci, but I bought from the Hermès boutique and the savings were significant. It’s always better in airports because you save the entire VAT amount. Good luck!
