How long does it take to get the package and how much do they charge extra for postage etc?

They ship only to those countries that have their own webshop on hermes.com. Last spring I asked the customer service whether they have plans to expand their service to the whole EU region and the answer was yes, but no idea about the timetable.

I can't remember how much postage, but they ship 2 day Fedex.

Hi i'm in the UK and ordered a twilly on the Wednesday evening and my package arrived on the following Monday. Postage i felt was quite steep however at £15.

£15!!! That's very high especially as from the sound of things they aren't even despatching that quickly. What did they use, Royal Mail or courier?

They do charge £15 for shipping on the website. It used to be £10.
I am sure they use fedex, as they call you to ask if you are going to in.

My local Hermes store (Glasgow) posted me a scarf for £10 not that long ago so you could always try phoning to see if they had the item you were after and see if it would be cheaper that way .

Agree £15 is really expensive for a twilly!! I could understand them charging that for a large item but this is excessive for a wee bit of silk!

In the U.S. they ship the same day if you order by 3:00 or 4:00... can't remember which. The shipping charges are depedent on the amount of the order. It is really high, IMHO. I think the lowest is $20 for ground and it goes up from there. I was going to look it up on the site but it seems to be down right now.

I hope so! They don't sell online in Italy, I hope they will

They posted me a pochette not too long time ago and I think it was 7 or 8 GBP (I am in Sweden).
