It's a rather small boutique, so I would recommend getting an appointment. They take walk-ins as well, but may need to wait if SAs are already busy. Inventory varies, but doesn't hurt to check it out! SAs always seem nice when I am there. Just go with an open mind, you can always inquire about pieces that are not in stock. Last time I was there, they were low in stock, but were expecting a shipment the next day (which had YG guilloche earrings). If you click with an SA, get their contact for another visit!

Thank you, I appreciate this info!

I tried to walk-in last week but they said they rarely take walk-ins. They gave me an appointment for 2 hours later but I had to catch a flight back home. The SA did call me when I didnt show up and I briefly spoke to her. She was very kind and let me know that I can always call/text her if I had any inquiries.

I was there this summer. You have to make an appointment online and a SA will contact you to see what you are interested in. While I was there, a couple of people were not let in bc they didn’t have an appointment. It’s a very small boutique. The SA is extremely nice and knowledgeable. No hammered items were in stock.

Are the prices in hawaii lower than the mainland?

I’m visiting HI in April. Wanted to stop by VCA store to buy the carnelian and gold bracelet.
1. Is it cheaper with the tax there?
2. If they don’t have it readily in stock, what is the best case scenario? Do I order and pay the price there? And when it’s ready they ship it to me?
3. Can I use the same acct I use at VCA store?

Thank so much!
