Shoes to wear with designer jeans?

It really depends on a combo of the style of jeans and the person who is wearing them! I think flats look great with boot cuts!

For me the tricky part is knowing how to hem. As much as I love to wear my sneakers with my jeans, they're too short if I want to wear high heeled clogs or boots so I have to have some hemmed for flats and some hemmed for heels.

Just try on a few combos to see what you like. For me with my short legs and boo-tay I like at least a lowheeled boot to elongate my legs. And I can't do pointy toes as cute as they are because my feet are wide so I stick with a rounded toe.

Or, dare I say it? A rockin' pair of Frye boots or mules. Sundance Catalog has several, as does Frye Boots. Super comfortable and eternally edgy - you can run for the bus in them (or chase after your kids) ... :wlae:
