Okay, so I was thinking about a really helful thread regarding the storage solutions regarding your shoes.

We all have habits or furnitures dedicated to keep treasures locked (CL or not anyways).

As I am myself AVIDLY looking for the perfect kind of storage i would like to have a lot of ideas and opinions shared..

This could have been a pics/info - only thread but well.. I guess that compliments or questions are welcome as well !

Some may have a redesigned kind of library shelves, some keep them in their boxes and then make a huge tower with them, while some just keep their little babies in the bottom of their dressing.. and SO ON.

So here's the deal, can you please girls (and I know some already did, while starting their collection thread), post a picture of your SHOESING, or your storage system, it's even better if you explain where you got the furniture, and your ideas from .. along with a range of prices and your plans for the future (making it bigger and bigger ! ) ..

I will very soon post my own, as a reply in this thread.
I'm very much looking forward hearing from you all, as I know you girls are as creative as amazing !

^^^Dear Cutie, Recently you say ? To be honest i'm on here pretty much everyday and never really found what bi've been looking for, even with using the search engine. If it's accurate, i would be grateful to be redirected to a proper thread, and if it's not, I assume it would have it's room in the 'slipper' subforum ..

regards

I keep all of my shoes stored in boxes in the top of my teeny closet in my tiny house so I am of no help on that front .

DC is right though that it was less than two weeks ago that Jet closed this thread:

and she also moved 2 others on the same general topic but there were these links recommended in them:

You are def right that none ask for exactly what you have started this thread for....but until there are some posts in response here, it may be fun to read through the older and less specific threads.

Well, this isn't the most updated pic but I got the idea of bookshelves from our lovely Naked who inspired me with her Billy Bookcase from Ikea:nuts:

Thanks for your contributions, Ladies, I am truely in awe with Bagg's shoesing and that huge huge 'thing' Carlinha was sitting in front of, in IKEA.. I can't remember the exact name of it but she posted these pics in her collection thread and it's a kind of giant arch with tons of empty boxes you can keep your shoes in, and I think the arch is actually over your bed or something.. just Genius ! =)

Our dearest Vodkaine! It's great to see you starting another thread yet again. In addition to what cts posted, you may want to check these threads out which I found for you using the search engine. There are a few more but I'll leave it to you to find them as there is such joy in searching diligently and finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Enjoy!

I was reading through the wealth of information in the Hermes reference section yesterday (don't ask, just... *facepalm*), and I wonder if we could make an images only sticky in our reference area for this topic. The Hermes forum has literally dozens of picture reference threads and this topic seems like a perfect candidate for a good photo reference. Not only could board members post their own storage solutions, but when one of us finds pictures off-site (or in one of the celebrity pics) we could add those as well.

As earlier replies point out, this is a topic that comes up A LOT and having a photo reference thread to point people towards would be a user friendly, helpful solution. (And it would provide a good place for the wealth of links regeens found!)

What do you guys think? Jet, is this a possible solution?
