I would like these catwalk SS25 double-bar 'Mary Janes' shoes in black/black.

The website only shows 4 colours, clearly none of which are black. The same colours were out in the store yesterday. They had almost every size in most colours - so no shortage of shoes in the colours below.

They had a gold pair too but it was on the shelf above. It also looked like a 41.

I asked the SA and she said the shoes came in black and actually showed me a black 41 (way too big for me). I took the code from the black pair's box. I am supposed to check back and see if more black arrive. I want them for a Summer function. Before the 'G46...' code it's written 25S. + the box label said 'Black' above the size (even though a silver shoe is pictured).

Question:
Were these around a season (or seasons) earlier and made in the lighter colours for Summer, or is the website incorrect?
Was the single pair of black (or gold) shoes a mistake?

I buy a lot of Chanel shoes and I have found that even though the website shows some of the variants, most of the time many more exist.
One example was a pair of cruise slingbacks I liked - shown on the website in grey - the same design actually also existed in blue, green, yellow, pink and light beige. I only found out by chance by seeing other colours on social media and asked my SA to locate all the colours.

I would rely on the season code which says 25S. I would also ignore the silver shoe pictured as I’ve seen that so many times before where the actual picture doesn’t match the colour of the actual shoe - sometimes the same picture is used for several of the variants so I always rely on the season, the style code (G…) and the colour code.

I tried on a black pair with the same height and heel/toe shape except the "cc" logo was on the back of the heel not the back of the platform and there was only one strap. Otherwise they were identical. They are from current season, so hope you can find them!

Just an update just not a fully resolved one.

I tried these on in silver in my size and they looked a bit clunky. I'm still waiting on the black but I have a feeling my next pair of Chanels may not be these.

Scarily, I've a pair of now vintage black C shoes my mother bought for me for an event many years ago, but lace-up and not quite as high, and I think I may just be just chasing an evening-friendly version of a very similar shoe.

I need before July or I will just wait to see what else comes in.

I hope you get to at least try on the black. The heel was quite high, but really comfortable to wear and I think can be very versatile for many occasions.
