Advice please!!! I received the Off Mules yesterday, ordered online. On one shoe, there is a circular red sticker on the fabric and near that is a small snag. Could I have been accidentally sent a known defective shoe?

Considering there is a red sticker, then I think there may be a defect in this case. Even if there wasn't a snag, a red sticker left on the product is not a good indication.
You should def ask for a refund or just change the product.
