shipping to canada

i have ordered a few things lately from coach and they usually arrive within a week. i am in ontario. i ordered a tabby last thurs and it still says ups label created as of last friday. is this normal? do items ship from jax to canada? or from the GTA? thanks

I am in Ontario as well. I ordered a Cassie a few weeks ago and it took 3 days between creating a shipping label and them actually shipping. Once it was shipped, though, it was really quick to get here. Good luck! The tabby is beautiful

From what I understand, so we avoid customs fees, they create the label and then ship one huge mass shipment from Jax into Canada. I am assuming they have some sort of warehouse here that they take the individual packages from once the mass shipment arrives. I had two labels created on June 17. One item is set for delivery Friday and one is still showing label created. I am finding on average, items are taking at least three weeks to reach me from the time Coach ships to the time they are delivered.

3 weeks?! Wow! My parcel is in Ontario now so it should come tomorrow. I have never had anything be more than 2 weeks. I guess that's why the order looks like it comes from Mississauga- they create the label at the warehouse here.

Yes! For some reason UPS is taking at least a week to get the package from Ontario to Alberta. It's crazy!

Glad to read this, i have never ordered online before but did last week for the new Peanuts and it's been so wacky with the shipping info at first i was told it was set to delivery the following day then suddenly next day was sent a unable to ship notice to check next day for shipping info it's still saying that so nothing has updated.

I know it's coming by UPS sometime this year lol

I have had two UPS packages from Coach say "label created check back tomorrow" and suddenly the packages arrived. It's kind of unpredictable. My Peanuts order from the Insider early release is scheduled for delivery Monday.
