After many months of "sleeping on it," I decided to pull the trigger and get my FIRST pair of Louboutins tonight... just a few minutes ago. :woot: I purchased them from the Christian Louboutin website, and opted for ground shipping because it was free. (plus they didn't charge me tax because there isn't a CL store around here, yay!) I only realized that after I clicked on "Confirm Order" that I wanted to wear them for my upcoming trip to Vegas next weekend for July 4th. I live in the Washington, DC area, and I'm hoping that these shoes will arrive by Thursday the latest because I'm leaving on Friday morning. My question is, how long does ground shipping/the whole shipping process normally take?

TPF'ers, please let me know! Thank you all in advance!

I think it ships from nj. I forget if they ship ups or fedex but for each one go to their site and search for ground transit map (or on google). You will also likely get a tracking number tomorrow with an estimated delivery date.

Congrats on your first purchase!! I haven't ordered from the site before, so I can't help you there, but what did you get!?

Thank you! I purchased the black patent leather Very Prive's. I wanted to get something crazy like python but I decided to opt for something more versatile as my first pair.

I actually spoke to an SA an hour ago because she needed to confirm my billing address, and she said it should be here by Monday or Tuesday! Woohoo! :woohoo:

Big congrats on your first pair of CLs. You cannot go wrong with black patent VP, classic and timeless. I have never purchased from online before, but I think since you're also in the east coast, you should receive them fairly quickly ;)

Thank you so much! I was going for the classic and timeless look... my next pair will probably be something more edgy. :D

I love your collection by the way!
