I see something I’d like to order but it’s unavailable in my country (US) but available elsewhere, according to the website. If it is really available, does LV ship internationally? Anyone have experience with this?
(I mean the actual store location, not the website.) I know in the US, you can get items shipped across the country from a store that has an item in stock, for example!

Ran into the same problem as you. End up I requested a purchasing agent to help me buy a bag in the LV online store form another country. But soon as i placed my order request, I found out a role called 'CA (Client Advisor, or sth. like that)' in the LV community and now I feel dumb. Though I trust the purchasing agent but as I asked him to also include an official receipt he said there are sensitive personal information and hence he cannot provide me a physical one.

May I ask that, what is the normal practice of the CA overseas if u want to buy something from them? Would they do the same or give u a photocopy of the receipt with those personal info crossed out? Would your overseas purchase that is helped by them but recorded in your own LV account (if any)? It's the first time I bought a LV bag and I dont feel complete without a receipt. Anyone feel the same?

I have used a personal shopper to buy an item in a different country, and they tried to use my name for the purchase, but could not, as the name on the purchase record needs to match the person purchasing in person. They provided me with a gift receipt, so that was ok with me.

Is it hard to apply one? I am not close to my purchasing agent. I am afraid if it's difficult he wont help me.

You can’t buy online or on the phone from a different country. LV will not ship to a different country. The only way to buy from another country is in person or have someone you know buy it for you whether they’re traveling or live there. You can also use a personal shopper, but will be paying a premium. They set their own prices.

Hi all, I am looking for a hard to find LV item.. well actually pretty easy to find a Multi Pochette Accessoires, but I am looking for a Made in France piece. I have found many through various SA's but all are made in USA. Would you have an SA or personal shopper to share so I can continue on my hunt. Looking for several pieces actually. Any contacts are much appreciated!

I would also like to buy something which is available in France but I’m in Germany. LV doesn’t help, they told me that someone in France must go to the store for me but I don’t know anyone in France, lol. I think there is no reason why LV shouldn’t offer items across boarders. We would pay anyway.

Hi, yes I completely agree! We would totally pay a premium for international service. They told me the same thing. I called client services and they said I would have to travel to France to purchase.... ummm not much help at all LOL.
