When ship a Hermes Togo handbag from Central America to U.S. Is there any requirement or restrictions that ones need to know and included in shipment for custom purpose/ custom clearance?

I heard something about cite for exotic skin and fur. But I want to be sure about togo leather before shipping out.

Also, who would I call if I need to verify such info?
