Shipping from Rue Cambon to USA

Anyone with experience placing an order at the Rue Cambon Boutique for shipment to USA. Any issues with customs? I am looking to buy a mini rectangular and wanted to get an idea if this would work. Thanks!

Well, I had contact with a SA from Rue Cambon, because I also wanted to order something and she wrote me that they don't do international shipping... it seems they did for a short time last year but not anymore
