I don't think they will do it. When I was looking for my Rebel Charm Market Tote, there were a bunch left in Canada, but only 3 in the US. The SA at the local Coach store told me that I wouldn't be able to get any of them from Canada, and to cross our fingers that one of the 3 in the US was available.
I've tried to have something from the US shipped here to Canada and they wouldn't do it, so I'm thinking it would be the same answer for shipping in the opposite direction.
Did you get a rebel charm tote? I really like mine. I took the gold rexy and the feather off and added a Coach lock charm to the front and added the feather to the side of the bag.
I did, yes! In the grass green color and I really like it. I didn't realize you could take the charms off, I might actually try to take rexy off temporarily, as when I wear sweaters, it gets caught in my sleeve.
It's not attached by a lobster clasp or anything that's removeable. I just used a small pair of needle nose pliers to open the links holding the charms on so I could modify the bag to my liking.
