Hey all!
I've placed a couple of orders recently and none of them have shipped. They all get a tracking number assigned via UPS but they simply sit there "waiting for carrier pickup". One was a strap from Coachtopia and after 12 days, two chats & two phone calls, they finally agreed to reorder & that is one of two still waiting for carrier pick up after another two days have gone by. Anyone else? TIA!

Same here, and I am in Canada. 2 of my orders were in the "waiting for carrier pickup" status, and just sat there for 4-5 days with no further update! 2 of my other orders did not get the "Your order is in the works!" e-mail for 5 days after I placed the order..... What's happening?!
 
In the past for any smaller items they use ups innovations, and the package would say waiting for carrier pick up for about a week. Then it magically shows up at the transition point to usps. Or sometimes does not scan until delivery. Occasionally the package never comes but most of them do. I am guessing yours is delayed by this shipping method and just hasn’t scanned yet.

Perhaps but I've not experienced these delays until recently. I'm on the east coast & at most it would take 5 business days to receive a package (less if it was Coachtopia as their stuff seems to come from New Jersey). The one item is a bag so a regular parcel, not a small item. Just frustrating because Coach charges you for it because on their end, it's "shipped" but then the waiting game begins. We'll see.

I agree. It is annoying. But I have always had issues with the small packages over in the same general area. Whenever I order something smaller I know that shipping will be slow and the package may never show. Glad you haven’t had those issues. I did have an issue with Coachtopia not shipping at all once and a chat rep had to put in a request just to get it shipped. I am guessing the issue now is all of the orders from the sale.
 
I’m from Canada and I had very bad experience with Coach website for shipping. It showed “ awaiting carrier pickup” and it didn’t change the status when I ordered an item in June. I never received the bag and at the end I called them, they told me the item was sold out and they asked me to refund. They also sent me a gift card. I just placed an order recently and it seems like the same thing is happening again. I called and chatted with them, they told me to wait . I don’t know if I will receive my item, it’s frustrating.

A couple days after I ordered Cassie 19 I received an email that my item was taking longer to process. Then a "your item is processing" email. Then I received a delivery email while I was out of town, but never got the "item shipped" email or any tracking from Coach or UPS. Poor bag had to sit outside all weekend.

A couple days after I ordered Cassie 19 I received an email that my item was taking longer to process. Then a "your item is processing" email. Then I received a delivery email while I was out of town, but never got the "item shipped" email or any tracking from Coach or UPS. Poor bag had to sit outside all weekend.
I have had that happen a lot with Coach purchases in the last year. I don't buy from them often but it is rare to get a shipping email most of the time.

Both of my items finally arrived. Coach must have filed some claim for the smaller item (a strap from Coachtopia) that went nowhere as UPS called me a couple days ago to inquire if I had gotten the item & if Coach had reordered (no, at that time & yes, respectively). They said they'd put it on follow up.
