Pardon my late reply! It's plenty comfortable for the most part. If I'm using it with a heavy bag or carrying my bag with it for a couple hours it can start to dig in a little bit.

My non Louis purchase is an Audrey and Brooks gown. Very proud to support a Canadian designer Was purchased in early June, and went for my first fitting last week. Of course I tried it on with my Ferragamo shoes that I also purchased in June.
Shoulders are pinned as it needs altering so one more fitting to go
