It seems so malicious too, because they sort of know they could get away with something like that and that you're just stuck being a victim. That is so horribly mean. Yes, but I would think of it but not do it, I really hope the company will take a serious look into her actions and act as they should by giving her an official warning.
I would also contact my solicitor to take private action against her.

I was just having this convo w/ my DH.....about people who do things intentionally and say "whoops" or "oops" or "excuse me" when it isn't even sincere, since they did it on purpose, and they think saying "sorry" wipes away their fault. argghhh.
