OK the scratch is right in the FRONT and is about 5 inches long! It looks like someone took a lavender crayon and made a line. I'm trying to rub it softly with my finger tip and it is softening a little. can H really do something about it? My SA said they could, but if its too deep them the best they can do is "touch it up"????
