How many ear piercings do you have?

I have two in right ear, three in left. I've been thinking of getting a helix on left and forward helix on right. I'm pretty conservative and dress simple and classic. But I love earrings and the edge to having a piercing on the upper ears. Thought about the tragus but that might be to edgy...

I wear my 1/4 carat diamond studs in white gold (from Blue Nile) in my second holes 24/7.

I either wear pearls set in yellow gold or silver hammered hoops in my bottom holes, depending on if I'm feeling gold or silver.

I just got these to wear in my bottom holes if I'm home cleaning, swimming, working out, etc when I want something in my ears but much lower "profile":
