I'd never had any DKNY bags until last month, but I'd handled a 'Saffiano' wallet a few years ago, didn't like it, and sort of just ended up dismissing the brand altogether. Big mistake 
I bought a quilted flap in lambskin last February and it's pretty much been my to-go bag since, apart from a few days when I needed to carry more stuff with me and so I had to switch out of it.
I love it, amazingly soft leather, definitely worth the money.

DKNY does really good leathers, nice designs and the pricing is very good for what you get.
I bought Mum a Gansevoort wallet a few yrs ago, she's been using it a ton and it still looks great.
I've had a couple of DKNY bags, I still have a small crossbody and I really want the exact bag @IntheOcean has!
I actually skipped buying one when one single piece was left on sale a few yrs ago and it's been irking me ever since. After the sale they started making other versions of the quilted leather and the versions never really pleased my eye, especially the one with the stripes. The classic quilting is so gorgeous!

I think I prefer the classic quilt, too. But this was really such an impulse purchase. I agree that the quality is very good and mine seem really durable, I let my DDs carry them if they ask to borrow a bag.
