I will forever shop with my sales associate, he is such a delight. I complained about my silver XL daisy key pendant- the matte finish has been rubbing off and sending it out for cleaning has only made it worse... So without even looking up my purchase history he exchanged it as the current value and I was able to secure this!

Receipt:))) enjoy ur new ring :)) post some modelling pic

I have had only one issue with Tiffany's Customer Service and I'm not even sure if its really their fault. I have a 1837 Collar Necklace that's a bad fit (Basically falls off neck when I walk) and they told me there wasn't much they could do I was surprised as they are normally very accommodating with adjustments

haha this is reminding me of my amazing experience at tiffanys a week or two ago when i went in to exchange some pieces! congrats, your new necklace, bracelet & ring are beautiful and you wear them well!!!!

Your pieces are beautiful. Love them all!

Regarding their CS- I've had one issue that did make me feel uncomfortable until I called her out and she apologized.

Last year, my hubby bought me an 18 inch chain to go with my lock that came with a 16 inch chain.
I noticed right away that the color (pink gold) was much more pink than the lock or the chain it came with.

I went to my local Tiffs (on Wall st in nyc), and explained how I wanted to exchange the chain my hubs got there due to the color difference.
At first, the CS who helped me kept saying how she couldn't believe how much pinker it was than their other chains. She kept going on and on. Eventually, it started to feel as if she was insinuating that the chain I'm exchanging is not theirs. Like I'm trying to pull something over on Tiffs.
I had enough and finally said "what are you trying to say? that this isn't your chain??" She looked at me wide eyed, realized how she sounded, and started apologizing over and over.
It became very uncomfortable. I picked out the closest match, exchanged and left as quickly as possible while she was still apologizing.

I went back for the first time after that incident only a few weeks ago. So glad I didn't see her..lol..
