I bought a GHD hair straightener About 2 years ago and signed up for the sephora beauty insider card and got 300 points right away. I have never returned an item at sephora nor have i ever redeemed any points. i've also bought various items from them online and in store since. Today, when i went to make a purchase, i noticed that all the points from the straightener weren't counted! I was stunned when the salesgirl said i only had 100 points or so! She also told me the points don't expire. I know the points used to be there, but now Theyre not! What gives?????? Has this ever happened to anyone else? What should i say to them?

Are you sure that you never took one of the "free" things at the counter they ask you about? Those take up your points.

I thought there was a time limit too (a generous one but still a limit) but you should call the CS. I called them once about points and they were very nice. They would be able to tell you about any time limit.
