I bought a GHD hair straightener About 2 years ago and signed up for the sephora beauty insider card and got 300 points right away. I have never returned an item at sephora nor have i ever redeemed any points. i've also bought various items from them online and in store since. Today, when i went to make a purchase, i noticed that all the points from the straightener weren't counted! I was stunned when the salesgirl said i only had 100 points or so! She also told me the points don't expire. I know the points used to be there, but now Theyre not! What gives?????? Has this ever happened to anyone else? What should i say to them?
