Hi, Does anyone have the 3 key necklace in yellow gold, rose gold and silver? Here is the link of the item:

I am planning to separate the keys from the chain and wear it on 3 different chains. Is it possible to separate the keys from the chain? I called customer service and asked them today but two different representatives gave me two different answers.

Yep, I have this necklace. The bails on the three key charms are too small to remove from the chain. You would need to remove the clasp to get them off. They don't fit over the clasp or the jump ring at the end of the chain. If you are going to put them on different chains, you'll likely need to get a jeweler to change out the bails on the charms so they will fit over the jump ring on the other chains. I guess that's why they consider this a "necklace" rather than charms on a chain, because they don't come off. Hope this helps a bit.
