  2. Thank you for sharing your story! I'm so glad it worked out for you; it must have been a really scary experience, and what a mix-up!

  3. Thank you for all your help, everyone. So I got the buyer's contact info from eBay, then I called the post office to try to stop the delivery. Unfortunately, by that time, he had picked up the package.

I called the buyer yesterday, but no answer, so I sent another email. By then I had pretty much given up hope.

Then today I got a message from the buyer on eBay! He seemed annoyed, but amenable. He asked how much I wanted for the extra stamps, so I offered him an amount I thought was fair -- with a big discount on the eBay selling price. He asked me to send him a PayPal invoice, which I did, and now I'm waiting on the payment and crossing my fingers. But I'm hopeful now, since he did respond. Whew! What a scare!

  4. Question - why did you have so many stamps in the first place?

  5. glad it worked out! (kinda) :sweatdrop:

ps. squirrelly, your hamster is so cute!
