Senreve Doctor Bag

I am thinking about purchasing the Senreve Doctor Bag as a work bag. Does anyone use this one as a work bag? I don't need to carry a laptop, just a bullet journal, cosmetic bag, phone, lunch bag, and water bottle. Would these items fit, or would this be more of a "weekend" bag?
