Has anyone ever sent a bag off to get small repairs? I bought a paddy from NM last year, and have a few small wear and tear things I would like to get fixed. Can this be done at a NM store??

I took my paddy to the chloe store where I purchased it only 3-4 months before due the color coming off. I trusted they would know how to handle it. Turns out my bag was destroyed when it was sent out to be re-dyed. Wish I had known about tpf then...
I'm not sure what NM will do as I have not purchased a bag from them. I would definitely be careful though and you might want to post pictures of the 'wear and tear' first to get some more expert opinions before sending it for repair.
