Hi to all Valentino lovers out there!

Has anyone experience this and how can I fix it?IMG_6630.jpg

I haven't tried going in to the boutique for a repair request, but I've heard they don't provide one....

Please enlighten me fellow Rockstud lovers <3

Thanks!

I one time scraped the back of the heel of my rockstud pretty badly (heel got stuck in a crack in the sidewalk!! I was so distraught because it was on my first wear too!). I brought it to the boutique and they sent it out to be repaired. Took a few weeks, and I can't remember how much I paid exactly, might've been in the $80 range, but it came back good as new. This was maybe 2 or 3 years ago, so not sure if anything has changed.

Thank you! I'll try going to the boutique then! :)

OMG the repair was far from satisfactory and what's with the reply?! I feel your frustration...

My heel looked really similar to yours! The boutique told me the entire heel needed to be replaced.

I've decided to let them be girls... I can't bear the thought that it might get worse than this when repaired by the wrong hands :(

I haven't used them again for the time being tho...
