Semi glittery top for NYE

I am going to a friend's house for NYE, it will be a very low key party and no one there really dresses up. i would love to wear a black pencil skirt with a semi glittery top (preferably a tank I guess, but, am open to others) with it. Nothing too flashy since it's a house party with people who will probably be wearing jeans, lol. I would like to spend under $75, I am 46 years old and wear a medium. Suggestions?
