Michael Kors Selma bought from Lord and Taylor

Good Afternoon all
At the start of june i enlisted my cousin who lives in America to help me buy a selma bag on sale during the friends and family sale and a few days ago i was told it finally arrived buuuut i got sent a few abiet low quality photos and its looking like there might be a dent on the front but what im seeing is no tissue paper wrapped around the handles and zips and things and no dust bag... Should i be concerned? Is it possible i got a bag which was made to be sold at outlet? Or am i getting a bag which might have been returned? If any of you have some experience with buying michael kors from lord and taylors please give me some input :o I live in australia and i dont really want to hassle my family abroad if i dont need to

It probably came from a store. It could have been from the floor (or even a return). L&T has a rep for poorly packaged handbags when they are sent in the mail. The only way to know would be to see better pics. Returned bags will usually have a tag with a special sticker or something. Someone here had good luck with a hairdryer on dents on saffiano leather, though.

My guess is it is one of the many returns from the F&F sale..
