I have only used my bag literally 7 times and I noticed last night that the Stitching from underneath the handle has popped out!

I'm quite shocked as I have quite a few MK bags and have never had an issue!

What do you think my rights are? What should I do?

I don't know if you can see it in the picture properly as the thread used is pretty much the same colour as the bag!

Any advice ladies?

I heard the 1 year thing from an SA at Macy's and Dillard's... Idk about the actual MK boutique, but its worth a try. Speak to a manager and be sweet but firm, don't let up demand an exchange.

I am sure you have a one year warranty, i'd go to an MK boutique close to you and talk to them. If not i have an email [email protected] and they will tell you what to do.

All is well and good in the land of handbags and purses :)
Just left the MK store!! The manager confirmed that it is a fault in the stitching and their repair guy can fix it. He also repairs LV's and Prada handbags!! He is on holiday at the monent and will be back at the end of August. 😃😃😃😃😃
I'm so happy. I thought I was going to have to fight them but they were so kind and understanding.
I'm very happy.
