i think you have to be a member for at least 2 months...then you have to fill out an application.

There are directions to selling on the FAQ near that section. You'll have to fill out a form, I believe.

Yep, you have to be here a certain amount of time and have a certain amount of posts. Then you have to fill out an ap and wait to see if you get accepted.
