??? Seller says CLOSE Dispute BEFORE seller will refund???

Thank you all for your advice. I emailed Paypal and they told me not to close the dispute too. They also said, wait, we're going to look into your case... well, I've waited 2 days and no further reply from Paypal, surprise surprise...

Anyway, I've just escalated it to a claim, hopefully this will be resolved soon, with cleared funds in my account. If it turns out to be a cancelled refund like the other PFer's, I think I'm really just gonna &#$@#$!!!!!
 
Yep, wait until you have the $$$, then move it out of the account the second you have it. I just got my refund from the seller today, before PP completed it's investigation. I grabbed up the funds and moved them out.
