maybe try Moschino cheap & chic, they have tweed jackets similar to that

The photo is dated July 1, 2010 - so the jacket would be from a collection from last year, at least.

btw, let us know who the jacket designer is....looking at the movie trailer and where the character wears the jacket (gorgeous lobby) my feeling is that its something Karl Lagerfeld did for Chanel. The colors look to be black & silver chevron weave.
