I've never been to this outlet mall before. Is the Coach store there very good? We're headed up to Seattle for the weekend (staying in Bellevue) and wanted to know if it's worth the drive. Of course, the closest one to me here in Oregon is Lincoln City- and that's 2 hours away!

Anyone been to the Tulalip outlets lately?

I have been there beginning of August with my sister. I wasn't too impressed with the size of store compared to the one I go to in NY. I went on a 12 pm Saturday and it was PACKED. It was a lot of Asian ladies,(I myself one) grabbing and pushing. It was a mess. The shopping experience was terrible. Can't think when I have no personal space. I did see some nice items like the Heritage Stripe, and Tonal C's. Perhaps it might be different during the weekday.

The outlet was nice to walk around. Decent amount of stores for everyone. Looking for parking was a little difficult.

I do suggest going because you might be able to find something you like. I begged my sister to drive me there so I can see what I can find. Next time I think we will go as soon as the store opens. I did that once in NY and the Coach store was literally all to me and the hubby.

Oh yeah, there is a brand new casino that just opened that is right next store. Sister said that it was NECESSARY to go and gambling was bad. Bah!

I was at the Tulalip outlet while vacationing in Seattle about 3 weeks ago. The store was pretty small and was fairly busy on a weekday morning. I picked up the lion fob and a large black leather Soho for about $130, a good deal in my opinion. They also had deals on umbrellas and other accessories but I was on a budget ...anyhow, I felt I had a productive trip and if you have time check it out, but definitely get there early. Have fun on your trip!

Thanks for the input!

On a side note: has anyone gone to the Burberry Outlet at the same mall? If so, how "outlety" was it?

I went into the Burberry outlet for shiggles and walk out within a minute. Too rich for my blood. There was a nice satchel but I couldn't spend most of my vacation money on one bag. The store was bigger than the Coach store.

I go to this mall pretty regularly and the selection at the Coach store has gotten better. I actually found the teal Legacy bag there for $144! In fact I might head up there again tomorrow.

Burberry is also nice, a lot of the nice bags are behind the counter. I don't know why they don't put them on the floor like the other bags.

Seattle Shoppers-
Don't forget about the North Bend Coach outlet too! Has anyone been there? It was buildt after I moved, but I was wondering how it compares to the Tulalip outlet.

I've been to the Seattle one a few times , it is always very crowded. for some reason they don't carry signature . The SA said it's because Nordstrom in Lynnwood carries them & it's a deal they made with them I don't quite get it......It is a nice outlet mall next door to a casino.... If you go to Lynnwood there is a huge mall there ( Alderwood) you will find Coach boutique also sephora..... Nordstrom rack is there next to babies r us.. I live in canada but going down to Lynnwood is my favorite shopping weekend. there is also a outlet in Burlington . Marshalls.., TjM ...... I'm saving to go in Oct I have a weekoff.........
