Scratched New RG T wire bracelet- advice??

Hello all! Wow it's been awhile since I've posted! I treated myself today to a new piece- the T wire bracelet in RG. However after I got it unwrapped I noticed a few scratches on one of the Ts. Now I'm normally a "oh well it's going to get scratches with wear anyway" type of person but the more I've been thinking about it I'm just not sure if these type of scratches are normal to come with a brand new piece. You definitely cannot tell from a distance at all and the light has to be just right but I wanted advice on if you guys would return for another or just keep this one! Attached a photo from far away where you can't really see but also a close up of the scratches!

I think I would exchange it. It seems like you are really disappointed and I would be, too. Did you order online or buy it in store?

Exchange since you should reasonably expect a brand new piece from the boutique! Those are actually pretty noticeable, and I think you will feel better exchanging.

I bought it in the store- somehow didn't notice while trying on but noticed upon unwrapping! I think I'll go today to see if they have another and if not have them order one!

Definitely exchange it -- a new bracelet should not have scratches. I have this exact bracelet and when I first bought it, it was in pristine condition. Good luck!!

I texted my SA and she said absolutely bring it in, I was lucky they had another in store so it was super easy! My new one is sooooo pretty. Love this piece!
