If it bothers you that much, send it off to a place like Leather Surgeons. I just remember the bad experience I had getting the piping on a Gucci bag repaired through Gucci. The job was sloppy and quite crappy. I didn't use the bag again until years later, after I sent it off to Rago Brothers in New Jersey. They did a wonderful job.So I accidentally scratched my Gucci bag and it has been bothering me... Is there any way to fix this at home? Would my only option be to take it in to Gucci and pay to get it repaired?
