scratch on white leather bag

I have a white leather coach purse with a 1 inch scratch on it. It is very noticable. If it were black, I would use a colored polish but I am at a loss for what to do with white. Any suggestions?

So what color is the scratch showing up then? I would suggest sort of massaging the area a bit so the natural oils in the leather will come to the surface and make it not show up as much.

i had the same problem and used a really soft tooth brush and children's tooth pastes sounds crazy but my grandmother told me and it worked wonders.

also works on shoes.
