Bring it to Dior and see what they can do first.Hi,
I recently notice a large scratch on my Bobby bag. Does anyone know if Dior can fix this or if you can recommend a touch up pen or cleaner that can help? I find myself not wanting to use it due to this and I had it less than a year.
Thanks,
Kathy

Thanks. I bought it in Hawaii but will try my local boutique. Hopefully, they can help. Appreciate the response.Bring it to Dior and see what they can do first.
Looks like something that a tiny bit of cleaning cream can take care of, but you may need to apply it on the entire flap to keep the finish consistent or else that spot will be shinier than the rest.
Still, take it to Dior first.
Wow really. I hope that’s the case for my bag too. Even if I need to send it for repair, I’m willing to. It really takes away the enjoyment of using the bag. Plan to take it in this weekend. thanks.I was looking at a Lady Dior in the grained calfskin the other day and it had a similar mark on it. When I pointed it out to the SA, they cleaned it and the mark came right out. The leather on your bag is super sturdy- but because of the graining in it, it tends to pick up dirt and stuff. Take it to Dior first and I bet they will get it out. Going forward after that, a little leather cleaner and a clean mascara brush works wonders.
Was too busy this weekend with my kid’s soccer starting up again. Hopefully, can get to the boutique this weekend. I did reach out to the Hawaii SA and she said it will most likely need to be shipped out for a spot repair. I will update when I get to the boutique. Really hope it doesn’t cost too much.Don't let this take away the enjoyment of the bag- I'm sure it can be taken care of. How did you make out?
What leather repair pen did you use? I have a couple bags with similar marksSorry for the late update.
The boutique said they cannot fix anything with the leather and recommended that I take it to a leather specialist. I wasn’t sure where to take it and found a leather repair pen online. It seems to do the job well enough.
