Off topic, but actual SOTD: Plumes en fête. I received this beauty from the French website as a birthday present from my lovely mother. I adore this scarf and it is in perfect condition. Strangely, though, it arrived without the small paper tag.
I wrote customer service, and this is their answer: "Indeed before shipping the item, we do take off this label. If you wish however that we keep this label on the scarf, you may leave a message in the preparation field of the order, so that we may inform the order preparation team."
It is (certainly) not the first time I have bought online, but I have never ever received a scarf without the tag. Have you experienced this?
