Can anyone ID this necklace Charlotte is wearing?

It's either diamond Xs (kisses) or some cluster of flowers.

My first thought was Tiffany, but I'm not seeing anything like it on their site.

Any help would be appreciated!

Oh of course, they often put van cleef on her character. I was working @ Henri Bendels in NYC when they were taping the episode with her and Mario Cantone shopping there and she told me her butterfly ring was on loan from Van Cleef and Arpels a few doors down....
