SATC 2 - Carrie's outfit, help me please :)

Hoping you girls can help me finding these two outfits from the movie, SATC 2.

Can you tell me the brands and were to buy?

The first one is my favorite. I'm dying for that cuff. It's vintage Seedhouse, which I can't find any information on, but apparently SJP wears their stuff a lot.

For the first outfit the top is Balmain and the skirt is Azzedine Alaia. For the second I think both pieces are Alexander Wang, or at least the top is.

I looked at the book yesterday, but I don't own it, so sorry if I am wrong.
