me too! I love gemstone legacies! i have a legacy design but its not tiffany...so I will not share it here 
Please post!! I have hinted to my husband that I would like a Blue Sapphire Legacy Ring for my 30th Birthday in September (Sapphire is my birthstone) for my right hand. I think it would be the most beautiful ring for my right hand 
I can't stop thinking about it and its 5 MONTHS till my birthday! Who would have thought turning 30 would be something to be excited about!

There are quite a few ladies with the aquamarine legacies as well. All the gemstone ones are gorgeous. They are so colorful - they look like hard candies!!! I've had my eye on the green tourmaline for a while

Wow its amazing! I just hope those ladies with engagement rings which aren't diamonds don't get damaged with everyday wear and tare as we all know they don't have the hardness of Diamonds. If I get my ring even though its sapphire with a hardness of 9 I will only wear on special occassions and when I go out, definately won't wear it to work. cant wait cant wait!!!
I think the particular reason why people are attracted to tanzanite is because it is rarer than diamonds. Also, gemstone engagement rings used to be the "norm" years and years ago prior to De Beers campaign 
A 9 on the MOHS scale is not at all soft so I don't think you'd have anything to worry about with a sapphire.

^ I agree. I originally wanted a gemstone legacy as an e-ring but DF bought into the diamond campaign so we compromised on a colored diamond. Sapphires are pretty darn hard, so I think you'd be okay with every day wear as well, so don't worry! The reason for having such beautiful things is to be able to wear them, not have them hidden in the jewelry box!
