Sapphire city anywhere! help, for birthday gift

I like sapphire city 2008 so much, but it is out of stock on Balenciaga official website. however, there is a black color city avaiable.

i choose the first b-bag for myself (birthday), any one could give me suggestion which color is better (sapphire or black)?

do u know where could i order the sapphire city in Saks, nm, or balenciaga ny store?

Neiman Marcus in Atlanta, GA has a Sapphire City with RH. They have an 800 number if you check out the "stores and location" on their website. Ask for Marcy or Jill as they are the best SA's!!
