I love love love these shoes, but don't want to spend $500 on a trend. Does anyone know of brand that makes a similar style (the black and white weave in particular, rather than the shape) for less? Thanks!

I like them too! But the other ones just look...tribal to me, they're really unique, which I think is what appeals to me.

ETA: If anyone owns these, I would love to see modeling pics! Or, you know, borrow them...

Actually I don't think the gladiators are a trend thats going out any time soon. They have been around for the past 2 seasons and still look great and fresh. I would just buy the ones you like. They look really nice and Sigerson Morrison is good quality.
