I noticed on the left shoe that there was a huge gap between the wedge heel and the shoe base. The gap in the shoe was big enough that I could hold a quarter coin in between it! The right shoe did not have the same gap. I brought it back to the store at Millenia Mall in Orlando in hopes to exchange for a non-defective pair, they brought me out two other pairs and they all had the same issue! The store representative told me that they are like that because they are handmade. That was just unacceptable to me. I am not going to pay over two hundred dollars for a pair of shoes where one of them has a huge gap in the heel and the other shoes doesn't. It was disappointing because I wanted to like these shoes....it's shocking to be told that defects are the result of handmade product and they still proceed to sell them as if nothing is wrong with them?
