does anyone know the sales tax in Dallas, Texas ??

I know someone going out there soon and before I start
asking him to buy for me.. was wondering what the taxes were ?

No, sales tax IS 8.25% in Dallas (and Austin, by the way), but it is not the same rate for every city/area!
