Sale in the EU or EU online sale?

I see many threads about online sale and sales in the shop for the US but as an eu customer the sale online is not there. I was expecting this to be the same for the US and EU YSL site but it seems not. Anyone has some experience here? I am new to YSL so don't know much about it yet. Hope you can help. Had my eye on some of the bags but here in the Netherlands there is no sale anywhere for Saint Laurent.

fashionette in Germany often has Saint Laurent in the sale. I picked up my Lou belt bag for £100 less than the regular price. Their delivery was excellent (and free).

Sale or sale..but when looking at Farfetch and many other sites the prices are around 400 EUR up, from the ones on the ysl.com. I'm living in Europe and I guess that many sites already have aligned their prices with the next price increase?
